Personal Training

I’m a personal trainer and kettlebell instructor with qualifications from the award winning training provider, Future Fit.

As a personal trainer, I am obsessed with helping people grow into their strongest and fittest versions of themselves, inside-out. My favourite training tool is kettlebells.

What makes kettlebells a unique training tool?

A kettlebell is literally ‘a total gym’ in the palm of your hand! Once seen as the preserve of Soviet weightlifters and Russian Special Forces, kettlebells have taken the West by storm. They are used by a variety of different people including fitness enthusiasts, athletes to improve their sports performance, and mixed martial artists.

Their uniqueness lie in their ability to increase your strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, compound movements that engage multiple joints and muscles at the same time. They are extremely fun (and addictive), providing you with a highly effective workout which can be tailored to your fitness goals and individual needs. No need to spend endless hours in the gym!

What makes training with me different?

My personal motto is ‘dig deeper, reach higher, live better’. I will not only make you dig deep physically, like any other personal trainers would do. I will use physical training to also empower you to forge positive habits, confidence, and resilience, which can be transferred to other areas of your life, too, beyond physical fitness.

What areas do I cover?

The areas I cover are High Wycombe, Penn, Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, Hazlemere, Marlow, Henley on Thames, Watford, Chorleywood, Little Chalfont, Rickmansworth, Amersham.
