It’s quite rare that you can find real gemstones on your doorstep, but that’s exactly what happened when I went along to a peak performance workshop as part of the Love Marlow series of events. Flow is a concept that has fascinated me for a long time. By definition, flow is an ‘energized mental state that occurs when a person is totally focused and immersed in an activity, stretching body and mind to the limit in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult and worthwhile’.
